The History group has group meetings on the first Wednesday of every month.
During the winter months there are meetings with guest speakers on topics of local and wider interest and during the summer months the group organise outings to places of historical interest.
When indoors, the meetings are usually held in Holywood Library from 10.30am – noon.
The group has also developed a fairly extensive archive which is in a room in Holywood Library and may be accessed by arrangement. It has also hosted several exhibitions, and produced booklets on particular topics.
